Do I have to use 10 sleeves per wheel
No Pilot Sleeves™ are designed only to hold the rim in place until the nuts are torqued down, So three sleeves slid on the studs in the shape of a triangle is all you need
Do I gain anything if I use one for each stud?
Not as far as centering! But some fleets and shops find if they put them on all studs, the studs stay cleaner and wheel removal down the road is easier due to less corrosion at the stud to rim positions.
HINT: use 3 new to center the rim and use 5 or 7 sleeves from old wheel removals, because they only need to take up the space to keep out the debris.
Can they be reused?
In most cases, probably not. But it depends on how well you want the wheel centered. They ate designed to shave off the outside of the sleeve to fit tight in the rim. Not all rims are the same, or are smaller than they came off. So any three sleeves in a triangle are better than no sleeves at all!
What is the Zip Tool?
That is the special tool that is made to lock into the end of the Pilot Sleeve™ to help push it into the hole in the rim. Making it super easy to see if the wheel assembly will be centered on the hub. Watch checking the wheel video.

Do I do anything different on Dual wheels?
Yes! On duals you mount the inner dual first, (slide three sleeves on three studs in the shape of a triangle if sleeves are needed) using the Zip Tool, push the sleeves into the inner dual. Than mount the outer wheel and slide on 3 more sleeves, set them into the rim with the Zip Tool or use the flange nuts like any normal single wheel. Watch ( link: installing on dual wheels
